To prevent cavities tooth stains, avoid the following
- Soda, fruit juice and sports drink
- Sticky stuffs such as bread, crackers, chips sweet rolls and other refined carbohydrates. Gooey caramels and fruit rollups are included here as well
- Cheese. (huh?! read the article if you dun understand why these maggot habitat is good for your teeth)
- Crunchy things such as crispy apples, celery or carrots
- Tea after every meal. NOT YOUR super sweet green tea or Pokka peach tea. It's those brewed green tea/black tea
- Shiitake mushrooms. (Shit man..i hate this)
I actually prefer Red 1, Yellow 2, Blue 3, Magenta 4 than Maroon 5. But anyway, it...... Makes Me Wonder
