Inflammation

Guess running without taking water before can really cause an inflammation...and it's really not feeling any better, considering the time I'm done writing this blog.

Speaking of your mouth's health and shine. here's an article from Yahoo!`~. CLICK AND READ. Though I know people will refuse to do it even though imperio orders have been given, Nonetheless, here's a summary

To prevent cavities tooth stains, avoid the following
  • Soda, fruit juice and sports drink
  • Sticky stuffs such as bread, crackers, chips sweet rolls and other refined carbohydrates. Gooey caramels and fruit rollups are included here as well
To attain stainless steel..no...tooth, please take
  • Cheese. (huh?! read the article if you dun understand why these maggot habitat is good for your teeth)
  • Crunchy things such as crispy apples, celery or carrots
  • Tea after every meal. NOT YOUR super sweet green tea or Pokka peach tea. It's those brewed green tea/black tea
  • Shiitake mushrooms. (Shit man..i hate this)

I actually prefer Red 1, Yellow 2, Blue 3, Magenta 4 than Maroon 5. But anyway, it...... Makes Me Wonder
